Join our high‑performance Finance team at our Willis Tower office. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist
, you’ll play a crucial role in managing high‑volume AR transactions within SAP—ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing, cash application, and collections.

• Generate and deliver accurate customer invoices in SAP in line with contracts and billing schedules.
• Perform periodic reconciliations to ensure invoiced amounts match customer agreements.
• Process and apply incoming payments—checks, ACH, wire transfers—daily in SAP.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including over payments, short‑payments, and unidentified receipts.
• Proactively monitor receivables aging reports and engage customers via phone, email, or SAP portal to collect past‑due balances.
• Prepare AR aging, collection status, and cash‑application exception reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to refine billing, application, and collections processes.
• Collaborate with business partners to improve AR efficiency and maintain SOX compliance standards.

• Preference (not required) for Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounts receivable or cash-application experience, ideally with high transaction volumes.
• Strong proficiency in SAP modules.
• Excellent MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Location: Chicago, IL (Willis Tower). Hybrid schedule: in‑office minimum 3 days/week.
