We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to lead both financial and human resources functions at our boutique options trading firm. This hybrid role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance and hands‑on experience in HR operations, looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

• Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting activities.
• Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with leadership to align financial and HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead HR efforts including employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Support organizational development and culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and financial regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, with exposure to HR functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in trading, financial services, or similarly fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion.
