Transfer Pricing Senior Manager
At PwC, our tax services team focuses on delivery of advice and guidance on tax planning, compliance and strategy, helping clients navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. In transfer pricing you will provide guidance and support on transfer pricing matters, helping businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for related entity transactions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and minimising risk of disputes.

As part of the Corporate Transfer Pricing team, you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful transfer pricing strategies. As a Senior Manager, you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement work streams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You also manage functional analysis interviews, perform market studies, and strategise on local‑country tax authority transfer pricing audits.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, International Business.
- 6 years of experience.
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance‑specific credentials may qualify.
- Master's Degree in Economics, Public Administration, Finance preferred.
- Proficiency in economic analyses and global tax issues.
- Leadership in functional analyses and market studies.
- Proficiency in pricing policies and market studies.
- Exceptional communication skills in client relationships.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services.
- Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies.
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
