- Owning day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, close processes, compliance, and audit readiness while establishing scalable systems, controls, and policies to support national growth.
- Partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial visibility, support strategic planning, and ensure the integrity and protection of critical assets.
- Strong technical accounting expertise.
- Experience implementing structured financial processes.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organization while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational discipline.
