Complex Accounting Manager, OEM

Join us as the Complex Accounting Manager, OEM at Hotel Zachary in the iconic Wrigleyville neighborhood of Chicago. As a luxurious boutique hotel steps away from Wrigley Field and the vibrant Gallagher Way entertainment district, we offer a unique and immersive experience for both guests and team members. In this fast‑paced, dynamic environment you will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance across Hotel Zachary and Hotel Lincoln.

Are you detail‑oriented and passionate about numbers? In this role you will support two hotel locations, manage accounts payable, conduct daily income audits, reconcile taxes, and produce financial reports. Your efforts will be crucial to the financial health and profitability of our properties.

• Daily revenue reporting
• Accounts payable processing
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to accounting principles and procedures
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support the finance team with ad‑hoc tasks as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Lightspeed, Opera, M3, Workday, Birch Street, and Profitsword
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
