The Opportunity

As part of the RIC team you lead the way as technology-enabled tax advisors who provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience

  • Exposure to pricing and client worth
  • Reviewing contracts and finding new pricing options
  • CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before promotion to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licenture, or Member of the Bar

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
