CompensationBase pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus and Commission
In this primarily commission-based role, there are stipends and bonuses. In the first year as a Financial Representative, reps may earn in the range of $85,000-$125,000 with potential for more.
About the RoleOur financial advisors help clients reach their goals by developing and implementing financial plans to show clients where they are today, plan where they want to go tomorrow, and provide the financial tools and support to help them get there. As you build your financial planning practice, you bring together insurance and investment strategies to guide clients every step of the way.

Ideal candidates possess an entrepreneurial spirit, experience in business development or sales, strong self-motivation, interpersonal and communication skills, a high standard of ethics, and interest in business or finance. Prior financial services experience is not required.
Responsibilities and opportunities- Understand clients’ goals and develop holistic financial solutions using tools such as retirement planning, insurance, investments, estate planning, business planning, education funding, and employee benefits.
- Build and manage your own practice with autonomy while leveraging the firm’s training, support, and mentoring.
- Help clients achieve financial security and provide ongoing guidance aligned with client relationships and integrity.
- 4-year degree or equivalent professional work experience
- History of success in sales, athletics, military, client services, or client-facing roles
- Prior sales and/or business experience preferred
- Prior financial services experience not required
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

- Education:
Bachelor’s preferred - Ability to commute to Barrington, IL (Required)
- Ability to relocate to Schaumburg, IL before starting work (Required);
