• Work closely with companies across a variety of industries to help underperforming businesses navigate their restructuring process.
• Advise on every aspect of the restructuring process – strategy, cash conservation/liquidity management, business plan development and implementation.
• Build and manage a 13-week cash flow forecast; develop a liquidation analysis for feasibility of a Plan of Reorganization.
• Assist clients in creating a long-term business plan to track and manage performance, working capital, and implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Implement cash conservation strategy and controls.
• Develop pre-bankruptcy plans and assist with bankruptcy case administration, supporting creditor constituents and preparing bankruptcy documents.
• Support marketing initiatives by assisting with pitch preparation.
• Lead a work stream within a project and coach and mentor junior resources.

• At least 6+ years of work experience in corporate restructuring, investment or commercial banking, and/or consulting or corporate positions with a financial or accounting focus, with 4+ years of direct restructuring experience.
• BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance or related analytical fields.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
• Professional certifications such as CTP, CIRA, CPA, CFA or progress toward such certifications preferred.
• Understanding of Chapter 11 proceedings and experience building financial models including 13-week cash flow forecasts and 3-statement models.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication skills.
