Salary: $190,000 + 20% Bonus

We are representing a leading public company seeking an experienced Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting. This high‑impact role offers visibility across the organization and the opportunity to work on complex reporting and technical accounting matters.

• Oversee SEC reporting, including preparation and review of 10‑K, 10‑Q, and 8‑K filings.
• Utilize Workiva or Active Disclosure software for reporting processes.
• Provide technical accounting expertise, including drafting memos and disclosures.
• Manage one‑off transactions and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Review close areas and provide indirect oversight (no direct reports).

• Public company SEC reporting experience (required).
• Hands‑on experience with Workiva or Active Disclosure software (must‑have).
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting and ability to draft memos/disclosures.
• Minimum 8 years of experience (some flexibility).
• Experience with 10‑K, 10‑Q, and 8‑K filings.
• Industry flexibility: candidates from outside pharma are welcome (blended experience OK).
