The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

• Functional:
  Top financial leader of a $150mm-$300mm distribution business or number two financial leader of a $300mm-$1B distribution business
• Orientation:
  Financial leader with experience across accounting and FP&A.
• Private Equity:
  Preferred - not required
• Leveraged Finance:
  Proven experience managing growth in a highly leveraged environment
