• Support quarterly and annual SEC filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
• Assist in the company’s transition from IFRS to US GAAP, building tools, processes, and documentation that drive consistency and compliance.
• Partner across Finance, Operations, and Corporate teams to streamline and standardize reporting workflows.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analysis, controls, and reporting efficiency across a broad organizational footprint.

• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close activities.
• Help ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting.

• Research complex or unusual transactions and prepare high‑quality technical accounting memos.
• Jump in on special projects that shape the company’s financial narrative.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience
  , ideally including Big 4 or large‑company audit experience
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and reporting experience
• CPA preferred
