We are seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our Chicago team. This role involves engaging with prospective tenants, showcasing properties, and supporting leasing operations to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Leads: We get you started with hands‑on experience right away by providing leads that are ready and raring to go! Providing an abundance of leads is our primary focus.

Innovation: We provide quality tools to our agents, allowing them to focus squarely on their clients and their transactions.

What would you bring to the table?

• Ability to communicate effectively over multiple devices
• Ability to communicate with a broad client base
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
• Must be able to work evenings & weekends
• Must have valid driver’s license and car
• Strong navigational skills
• Self‑starter, self‑motivated

What would we bring to the table?

Pay: Base Pay ($18 to $22 based on experience) + Commissions
