Position Overview:
Ever Pass Media is seeking a Sales Analyst focused on the casino and gaming market to support revenue growth through data-driven insights, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to optimize go-to-market strategy, identify growth opportunities, and improve sales execution across casino accounts.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations-especially in a fast-moving, deal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance & Analytics
- Execute market analysis and segmentation for the gaming vertical including identifying opportunities, maintaining compliance, and delivering real time performance analysis of the casino market.
- Monitor, maintain, and execute compliance functions such as gaming registrations for various tribes, municipalities, and states that are required to do business
- Analyze sales performance across casino and gaming accounts, including pipeline health, win/loss trends, deal velocity, and revenue attainment
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, quotas, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Work closely with sales leadership to define account prioritization and GTM strategy
- Serve as connection point between Gaming Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations
- Deliver weekly and monthly insights to sales leadership with clear recommendations
- Segment casino customers by size, region, ownership group, and property type to identify whitespace and upsell/cross sell opportunities
- Support account planning by analyzing historical spend, content adoption, and usage patterns
- Monitor competitive dynamics and market trends within the casino and gaming industry
- Support short- and long-term revenue forecasting for casino vertical
- Partner with Sales and Finance to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Analyze pricing, discounting, and deal structures to inform revenue strategy
- Collaborate with Sales Ops to improve CRM data quality, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency
- Develop standardized reporting and tools to help sales teams prioritize accounts and opportunities
- Assist with commission analysis, territory planning, and quota setting as needed
Required
- 4-6 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, finance, or business analysis
- Strong understanding of the Casino marketplace including gaming registration process / requirements
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) a plus
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
- Experience in streaming media, sports, hospitality, gaming, or casino-related industries
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and account-based selling
- Familiarity with subscription, licensing, or enterprise sales models
- SQL experience or willingness to learn
