Job Summary

The Community Manager is the key liaison to members and frequent guests. This role ensures member onboarding, programming participation, and guest delight. It combines relationship-building with event logistics and brand storytelling. The position requires comfort in high-touch hospitality environments and experience in membership-driven organizations.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years in member services, luxury hospitality, or community engagement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and personalized service principles
  • Experience with small event planning and guest-facing communication
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends for key events
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage member engagement and retention programs
  • Curate and execute intimate member experiences and on-site activations
  • Ensure consistency of tone across member communications and digital platforms
  • Gather qualitative feedback and suggest service improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align guest experience with brand promise
