VIP Associate

We’re looking for a VIP Associate for our northeast region to assist our VIP team in building and maintaining player loyalty retention operations. The role focuses on expediting payments and withdrawals and making outbound calls to the Score BET players under the VIP mark.

• Communicate with VIPs in a professional manner.
• Answer VIPs' questions reflecting understanding of the department and property.
• Apply bonuses and expedite payments and withdrawals for players and VIP Host team players in accordance with VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.
• Develop relationships and offer tailored rewards through regular correspondence.
• Drive key VIP sales metrics, contributing to customer engagement and net revenue.
• Research VIP competitor activity in each market.
• Communicate sports book and casino promotions to VIPs.
• Demonstrate empathy and care to resolve VIP issues promptly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify VIP players who require expedited service.
• Partner with CRM to establish unique value propositions for high‑end players.
• Complete applicable workflows to meet player satisfaction criteria.
• Attend and assist with VIP events as needed.
• Be available nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience with sports betting, gaming economies, and player behavior.
• Some previous sales experience required.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for VIP events.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 USD.
