Since 1996, Medical Murray has been a privately owned company producing finished class 1, 2 and 3 medical devices, components, and subassemblies for customers around the world ranging from startups to the largest OEMs. We specialize in development, testing, and manufacturing permanent implants, delivery systems, and complex catheters for vascular, gastrointestinal, urologic, and other interventional markets. • Follow our Quality Management System and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with all projects.
• Engage in the development and engineering of disposable medical devices from concept to production.
• Participate in hands‑on product and process development, including the design and prototyping of catheters and other disposable products.
• Utilize Solid Works to design devices and construct prototypes in our state‑of‑the‑art laboratory environment.
• Collaborate on designing catheter‑based delivery systems for various medical disciplines, including cardiology, neurology, and urology.
• Support the acquisition, setup, and qualification of new equipment, contributing to the creation of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers about project status, timelines, and any issues that arise.
• Prepare and assist in product development and quality planning, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Participate in feasibility and reliability testing plans for catheter systems, developing and validating in‑vitro and in‑vivo models.
• Assist in the development of pilot and manufacturing equipment and procedures, supporting the transition of projects to full‑scale production.

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiarity with disposable design and development, materials knowledge, and prototyping is a plus.
• Experience with Solid Works or equivalent CAD software is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CAD programs.
