TWG Warehouse Services, part of The Will Group, is looking for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Intern who wants more than just a desk assignment. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work on real electrical infrastructure products.

Why This Internship Matters

You’ll gain exposure to UL certification processes, panel board design, manufacturing readiness, and infrastructure‑focused engineering within a growing organization. This is meaningful, resume‑building experience in the power distribution and lighting space.

About Us

Founded in 2008, TWG Warehouse Services provides manufacturing, electrical assembly, warehousing, packaging, and project coordination services. Our work supports critical infrastructure throughout the region.

What You’ll Work On

This internship focuses on supporting the design, documentation, and production readiness of UL Listed panel boards. You will work directly with engineering leadership on real product development initiatives, gaining exposure to electrical distribution equipment, compliance standards, and manufacturing processes. You will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including ISO 9001 processes. This is not a theoretical internship. You will contribute to products that move into production.

  • Contribute to quality initiatives aligned with ISO 9001
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and manufacturability enhancements
What We’re Looking For
  • Incoming Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or graduating May 2026
  • Coursework in power systems, circuits, controls, or mechanical design preferred
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Solid Works, or similar CAD software
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing‑focused environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
