LaSalle Network is hiring a Process Engineer to support a growing Center of Excellence initiative and elevate operational performance across multiple sites. This Process Engineer will play a critical role in standardizing best practices, improving production efficiency and driving continuous improvement efforts. What’s the job?
- Lead development and rollout of best practices for the Center of Excellence
- Analyze equipment, processes and workflow to identify optimization opportunities
- Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot production challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Support equipment performance evaluations and manufacturing audits
- Partner with site leadership and operators to ensure process standardization
- Manage small to mid-size engineering projects from concept through execution
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 3+ years of mechanical or process engineering experience
- Minimum 2 years of packaging experience (paper industry preferred)
- Proven ability to analyze processes, equipment and systems
- Strong leadership, organization and communication abilities
- Ability to travel up to 40% to multiple locations
- Ability to work on-site in PA, MI or Chicago
