We’re looking for a Senior Telecommunications BIM Lead to join our team and help deliver world-class designs for some of the most advanced facilities in the world. From semiconductor manufacturing to state-of-the-art research and industrial projects, you’ll play a key role in creating environments where technology thrives.

• Provide design, modeling, and documentation services for telecom systems on advanced facility projects.
• Showcase your Revit expertise while adhering to Jacobs and client BIM standards.
• Use Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to create and manage fully coordinated 3D BIM models across all design disciplines (C, S, A, M, E, P, T, I, L).
• Produce 2D construction drawings and ensure clash-free, constructible deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with designers, discipline leads, architects, and engineers to turn design intent into reality.

• Proven experience in telecommunications BIM design for complex facilities.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 8 years of BIM design experience
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction industry
• Understanding of how codes and standards shape design decisions
• Understanding of design and construction specifications and their function
• Understanding of wiring/cabling connections in relation to a circuit or a link between devices and equipment
• Experience following client design and modeling standards
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts based on provided markups and/or verbal direction requests
• Willingness to learn

• At least 6 years of Revit and/or AutoCAD design experience
• Understanding of clean room and data center environments
• Knowledge and design experience with paging, intercom, and audio-visual systems
• Knowledge and design experience with life safety and security systems, fire alarm, access control, closed-circuit television (CCTV)
• Knowledge of control systems and network components and topology

The base salary range for this position is $80,600.00 to $; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
