Project Manager​/Civil Engineer

EVA Design and Engineering LLC (EVA) is seeking a Project Manager / Civil Engineer to join our growing civil engineering and land development consulting firm. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD;
  Civil 3D experience is a plus
• Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers and designers
• Curiosity and passion for civil engineering, design, collaboration, and client service
• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks across various projects
• Responsiveness to clients, partners, and project stakeholders

Your Role

• Collaborate with EVA Principals on the design, permitting, and construction of a diverse portfolio of civil engineering and land development projects
• Prepare plans and assist with site design, grading and drainage design, utility layout, and stormwater modeling and calculations
• Lead a team of junior engineers and designers on a wide range of projects
• Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders
• Visit and observe active construction sites
• Pursue continuous learning and skill development in civil engineering and land development
