A leading global provider in short-range, low-power wireless semiconductor solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business expansion across the Western U.S. The ideal candidate will be based in either the Bay Area or Southern California and possess a strong background in technical sales within the semiconductor space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales activities at OEM accounts. Territory is open and dependent on candidate location + company need.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to secure design wins and manage revenue growth.
• Drive and support an established manufacturers' rep network to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain detailed account plans to guide the pursuit of new design activity, track project progress, and align internal resources to support successful outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including applications engineering and product development to advance opportunities through the design cycle.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in semiconductor sales, preferably in wireless or low-power connectivity markets in the USA market.
• Ability to manage complex customer engagements, forecast revenue, and influence design decisions.
• BS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  -or- suitable technical degree.
• Strong communication and planning skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
