Job Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of associates level technical degree, four year college or technical school degree preferred.
• Must have proven experience in providing complex voice and data system solutions to financial clients or other large enterprise clients
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must be detail oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress.
• Must have Project Management capabilities to work with other teams to accomplish goals
• Friendly and out-going with a keen ability to work in teams
• Structured and methodical approach
• Driven to high quality and excellence
• Extremely client-oriented

DESIRED TECHNICAL

SKILLS:

• IP communications, including VOIP and SIP
• Network security including SBC, firewalls, etc.
• Active Directory, MS OCS, Windows / Linux Operating Systems
• VM Ware and other virtual environments
• Telecoms and IPT e.g. Avaya, Cisco and any other PBX vendors
• CTI, CRM or voice and data application integration
• Digital TDM communication networks, voice networks, private line connectivity, hoot ‘n’ holler networks, and bridging
• Understanding of POTs, Q.SIG, PRI and T1 interfaces
• Familiarity with Voice Recording systems & centralized storage solutions like EMC
