In this position you will be a packaging subject matter expert, working across primary and secondary products for a diverse range of products shipped to customers globally. You will lead the team to design and enhance packaging processes, work cross functionally with engineering teams to lead projects (including CAPEX) from concept to completion, and ensure the business is at the forefront of sustainability and regulatory compliance.
The position also includes testing of packaging concepts, analyzing new technology, performance testing, and enhancing the culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
