• Prepare structural reports, cost estimates, and scope documents
• Design and analyze structural systems - from vintage to modern materials
• Create construction documents using AutoCAD or BIM/Revit
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Support construction administration, including shop drawing review and field observation

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
• Experience with RISA‑3D, Tedds, or similar tools
• AutoCAD/BIM experience a plus
• PE/SE not required but beneficial
