The Challenge
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our growing team in Chicago, IL, Chantilly, VA, and Atlanta, GA. Ideal candidates are independent thinkers, self- motivated, communicate proactively, enjoy collaborating within and beyond project team, and thrive in a non-corporate environment and structure.


Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to generate drawings based on specific project requirements.
• Preparation of construction documents, including specifications
• Project initiation, setting up and establishing new projects with appropriate file structures and BIM standards to meet the clients’ standards.
• Management of model production and drawing production involving multiple disciplines
• Advise and provide technical assistance to team members relating to BIM.
• Ensure model and drawing quality control.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree in computer drafting and design, or, architectural or engineering technology, or a related degree.
• Multidiscipline coordinating experience with process mechanical systems, electrical systems, civil infrastructure systems and structural systems.
• Minimum four years of experience with 3D and parametric design and a functional understanding of building information modeling (BIM).
• Minimum four years of experience utilizing Autodesk Revit software to produce architectural drawings.
• Ability to utilize Autodesk Revit application to produce construction documents including floor plans, sections, callouts, 3D views, and schedules, in a timely fashion.
• Autodesk Revit Certified Professional is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance if requested.
