We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong electrical system design experience in industrial environments.
Experience in steel facilities is a significant plus. If you have current PE certification in Florida and Alabama, then we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Registered professional engineer in the states of Alabama and Florida
  .
• Expertise in electrical design practices (drawings, specifications, codes, materials, and construction techniques).
• Prepare detailed CAD electrical designs:
  single line diagrams, power/lighting plans, grounding systems, motor control schematics
  , and more.
• Ensure all designs comply with ANSI, NEMA, NEC, IEEE, IEC, NFPA standards and codes.
• Maintain and update electrical databases (load lists, panel schedules, etc.).
• Coordinate with electrical engineers, project management, and other disciplines throughout project phases.
• May lead and guide a team of CAD designers and drafters on projects.

Qualifications:

• P.E. license (must be registered in Alabama and Florida).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-10 years of experience in electrical design for industrial facilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  .
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems
  , raceways, conduit, lighting, cable trays, and cable sizing.
