Job Description
The CMMS Planner is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and follow‑up of all maintenance activities. This person's responsibilities include all activities and system functions in the CMMS program, ensuring effective utilization following T5 and the customer's overall guidelines.
Qualifications- Provide technical support to all CMMS users, including planning all preventive maintenance activities (PM) performed by suppliers or internally.
- Act as the secondary point of contact and expert on CMMS‑related issues.
- Collaborate closely with the customer's Global CMMS Support team regarding CMMS's ongoing operation and development.
- Collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement of CMMS tools.
- Assist in communicating changes in CMMS processes, procedures, or system configurations to users to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
- Coordinate with site management to align PM and Non‑PM plans.
- Manage user access in CMMS.
- Update and maintain CMMS to ensure compliance with the customer's CMMS standards.
- Relevant education in engineering or a related field.
- Experience with technical support and CMMS administration preferred.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and operation in a critical environment.
- Knowledge of CMMS platforms (e.g., Asset Essentials, Maximo, SAP PM, etc.) and related software applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic environment.
- $87,000-$97,000/yr
