• Customer facing SME for Manufacturing Engineering to manage Medical customers
• Serving as primary liaison between LTTS delivery/sales and customer, conveying customer feedback to LTTS delivery team, and engaging the relationship team to coordinate longer‑term customer engagements
• Perform Lean assessments, evaluate new line setup, plant transfer
• Develop I4.0 roadmap and digital maturity assessments for plant operations
• Identify opportunities and drive the need for manufacturing process consulting, solution evaluation and implementation within customers and prospects
• Support sales efforts across multiple industrial verticals:
  Industrial Products, High Tech, Medical Device, Transport and Process Industry
• Develop or support building solutions & reusable assets from customer engagements and share knowledge within delivery units
• Develop presentation and demo materials as part of the sales initiatives
• Support proposal defense and engage with customer discussions working with sales and offshore team
• Work closely between onsite and offshore teams, build pipeline and review/assist in proposal writing
• Manage early phase of engagement kick‑off and program manage until steady state – subsequently support client partnership and growth of account

• Good understanding of the Digital Transformation of the manufacturing value chain
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any engineering stream – Management degree is an added advantage
• 15+ years of industrial experience with at least 5 years in a pre‑sales or consulting role with a global engineering service provider or consulting firm in the manufacturing domain, with knowledge in sourcing/supply chain and manufacturing
• Have a broad industry understanding of traditional and digital manufacturing concepts – plant layout, manufacturing process design, digital factory, tools and fixture design, robotics
• Strong skills in developing and presenting clear and concise solution briefings
• Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills are required with good interpersonal and organizational skills
