A well‑established U.S.‑based renewable energy developer and owner‑operator is seeking a Senior Estimator to help build and lead its estimating function. The platform develops, finances, constructs, owns, and operates distributed solar projects nationwide, with a core focus on community solar, commercial, and institutional installations.

This is a build‑from‑the‑ground‑up opportunity for a senior‑level estimator who enjoys acting as a player‑coach. The role sits at the intersection of development and EPC, offering exposure to the full project lifecycle and the ability to shape estimating strategy, processes, and standards as the organization scales.

• Lead all estimating activities across preconstruction and procurement, supporting both EPC execution and developer‑side projects
• Act as a hands‑on senior estimator, performing detailed takeoffs, cost modeling, benchmarking, and estimate validation
• Partner closely with development, engineering, and procurement teams to optimize cost, constructability, and execution strategy
• Design and implement estimating processes, tools, and best practices within a growing EPC platform that currently has no estimators in‑seat
• Support internal projects as well as select third‑party developer work, with responsibilities flexing based on pipeline and workload
• Contribute technical insight across distributed generation and select utility‑scale projects; BESS experience is a strong plus
