The Sales Engineer
, part of the Sales Engineering & System Analysis USMCA department, is responsible within E80 Group for developing and quoting solutions for end‑line applications or, more generally, for handling products in production facilities and distribution centers. This role sits at the intersection between commercial and technical‑production functions.
- Design original, high‑performance solutions with high market success probability while complying with E80 standards.
- Collaborate with the commercial area to identify end‑customer needs.
- Design systems based on goods flow and customer needs, determining correct sizing and selecting required E80 products.
- Quote solutions and draft commercial offers.
- Document sizing calculations, control philosophy, and other technical decisions.
- Provide technical support to the Area Manager during offer preparation.
- Request third‑party commercial offers for project integration and negotiate supply in collaboration with the purchasing office.
- Upon sale, collaborate with the E80 business division to generate necessary internal documentation for technical and production entities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related field).
- Solid technical background with experience in electrical‑mechanical or software development.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD 2004 or newer, Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Customer orientation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
$75,000 - $90,000 DOE (FLSA Exempt)
