Our Buildings division is a team of experts delivering high-performing building systems. We provide comprehensive engineering and design services for various facilities, including schools, healthcare, government, and more, with over 30 years of experience.
Who You Are
- Impressive qualifications with 5-10 years of mechanical experience and a bachelor’s degree in engineering. A PE license is required.
- Deep knowledge of ASHRAE standards, building codes, load calculations, duct sizing, and sustainable design, along with understanding architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection considerations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, Google Docs, CAD, and HVAC software tools.
- A people person with the ability to work independently or in a team, with strong communication and leadership skills.
What You’ll Do
- Design HVAC systems for various buildings, including sustainable technologies, preparing calculations, drawings, and specifications, and reviewing shop drawings and RFIs.
- Manage projects by developing work plans, overseeing budgets, schedules, and scope, ensuring quality standards are met.
