• Develop design concepts and create models from scratch.
• Coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines.
• Convey structural requirements to the construction team through 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models.
• Provide leadership for a small project team, establishing project standards, procedures, training, and morale.

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field.
• At least 1 year of Revit experience.
• At least 3 years of AutoCAD design experience.

Preferred:

• Additional 2 years of Revit experience.
• Experience in traditional steel and concrete structures.
• Experience leading a team of designers.
• Experience with healthcare / institutional / commercial buildings.
• Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
