We are ahighly detailed, A-player architecture firmwith multiple institutional projects underway - including schools, places of worship, and civic facilities and we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Revit BIM Technical Coordinator/Technician to join our team and contribute to fast-paced, technically rich projects. This role is ideal for someone who is very fluent in Revit, thrives in a collaborative, detailed, and production-centric environment, appreciates solving complex modeling and documentation challenges, and enjoys elevating and BIM workflows and Revit standards.
You’ll be working closely with project architects and technical leads to drive high-quality modeling, standards, documentation, family development, and BIM strategy implementation across meaningful, detail-rich projects.
- Develop, maintain, and coordinate Revit models throughout all project phases
- Produce precise construction documentation and BIM deliverables
- Develop and manage advanced Revit families, templates, and standards
- Support BIM coordination, clash detection, and interdisciplinary modeling workflows
- Integrate BIM best practices and help refine internal standards across projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure model integrity
- Support others' learning or onboarding Revit into their workflows
- 5–10+ years of hands-on Revit modeling and BIM execution in an AEC environment
- BIM Certification, such as Autodesk Certified Professional or Equal
- Deep fluency with Autodesk Revit- modeling, documentation, view setup, parameters, and families
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and collaboration practices, including cloud-based platforms (e.g., BIM Collaborate Pro)
- Proven track record of delivering accurate documentation on institutional and complex projects
- Detail-driven, organized, and technically rigorous
- Excellent technical communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute constructively in a collaborative team setting
- Experience with classical and traditional architecture detailing
- Experience with institutional projects such as schools, worship facilities, and civic projects
- Familiarity with BIM coordination tools (e.g., BIM Collaborate Pro).
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- Full-time in-person or Hybrid employment is essential; fully virtual is not available
