Are you a Safety Manager with high-voltage and renewable energy experience looking to take the technical lead on large-scale clean energy projects?

This company is a global, multi-billion-dollar leader in renewable energy, known for investing heavily in their people, promoting from within, and setting industry standards for safety across wind, solar, and energy storage projects.
On offer is a role where you’ll own and lead safety strategy across high-risk, high-voltage environments, working closely with senior leadership while mentoring site teams and influencing safety policy at a strategic level.
This role would suit a Health & Safety Manager looking for technical progression, increased responsibility, and long-term career growth within the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities- Lead and implement Health & Safety programs across high-voltage wind, solar, and energy storage projects across North America
- Conduct site audits, incident investigations, and develop proactive safety initiatives across complex environments
- Enjoy hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote), early Friday finishes, structured progression, and full benefits from Day 1
- Proven experience in Health & Safety within high-voltage environments (renewable energy, utilities, or industrial power)
- Background in renewable energy projects such as wind, solar, or energy storage
- Confident communicator able to lead audits, deliver technical safety training, and influence safety culture
- OSHA 30 certified
