Service Writer

Atlas First Access is currently hiring a full-time Service Writer to join our Service Team. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated person to support the team by providing timely and accurate estimates for field and shop service repairs.

• Responsibility for providing estimates to the Service team as well as entering and maintaining them in the quotes system.
• Providing formal estimates in writing.
• Providing accurate quotes to sales staff, service departments and customers within 3 days of receiving a request; maintaining close contact with shop and service managers and sales team on all estimates.
• Reviewing all preventive maintenance work‑orders that are turned in for billing and providing estimates for all items listed that need attention.
• Verifying information with technicians on any repairs to eliminate uncertainty and error in the quote process.
• Maintaining communication with customers on estimates and orders.
• Monthly reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of specific software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and Company Portal.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Professional and courteous communication ability.
• Automotive parts or repair knowledge preferred.
