* Provide personalized academic and career advice, helping students set and achieve their goals.

* Monitor student attendance and performance, proactively addressing any challenges to maintain success.

* Help students navigate campus resources and support services effectively.

* Collaborate with faculty to identify students in need of additional support and implement success strategies.

* Conduct orientation sessions and workshops that inform students about available resources and opportunities.

* Maintain organized records of student interactions, monitoring progress and outcomes.
