Job OverviewAs a Talent & Community Enablement Intern, you will contribute to the creation, coordination, and delivery of learning programs that support the growth of Relativity employees. You will gain hands‑on experience with program logistics, content development, evaluation processes, and learner engagement strategies. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in learning & development, organizational behavior, HR, education, or instructional design.
Role Responsibilities- Support the planning, scheduling, promotion, and coordination of learning programs, including onboarding, workshops, and internal development experiences.
- Assist with managing logistics such as registration, hybrid/virtual setup, technology needs, materials preparation, and program communication.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and TD team members to refresh or build learning materials using adult learning principles.
- Help evaluate programs by collecting and synthesizing learner feedback and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Partner with Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging and Social Impact teams on student visits, service experiences, or internally focused learning initiatives as needed.
- Support data tracking, reporting, and content updates that improve overall learner experience and operational efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and cross‑functional collaborations to learn the end‑to‑end learning experience lifecycle.
- Experience supporting events, programs, or projects in academic, volunteer, or work settings.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles or coursework related to instructional design.
- Experience working with data, surveys, or basic reporting tools.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Behavior, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in learning & development, training, or people‑focused work.
- Comfort collaborating with others and contributing within team settings.
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to work onsite in the Chicago office for the duration of the internship.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between $43,000 and $55,000.
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
