• Location: Chicago, IL
• Pay: Up to $55 Hourly
• Caseload: K-8th Grade

• Provide high-quality instruction and support to students in grades K-8th.
• Collaborate with general education staff to ensure successful inclusion and individualized learning plans.
• Serve as a Special Education Case Manager, leading IEP development and implementation.
• Monitor student progress, prepare IEP report cards, and maintain compliance documentation.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred).
• Certification:
  Valid state teaching certificate (Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement required).
• Experience:
  
  At least one year in a teaching environment (preferred).
• Additional Requirements:
  • CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB screening and health certificate per state regulations
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Minimum age: 18
