Your role is not to deliver lectures—it is to coach. You will facilitate dynamic life skills sessions, inspire children to achieve their learning targets, and cultivate the mindset and behaviors essential for long-term success. This is the most critical position at the world’s most forward‑thinking school: you directly deliver Alpha’s 3 Promises to a small cohort of students and transform their futures.
WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Facilitating one‑hour life skills sessions with K‑2 learners, coaching them and reinforcing literacy skills introduced by Reading Specialists.
- Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic targets.
- Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and critical thinking through consistent frameworks and supportive interactions.
- Monitoring student development and requirements, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches with your team.
- Building a classroom environment that is structured, engaging, and individualized.
- Instructing core academic content – our Apps handle that.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivating children to learn 2x faster and develop a love for school.
- Availability to work full‑time and on‑site at our campus in listed locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience engaging with children ages 4–7 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts.
- Strong storytelling ability and dynamic presentation skills: capable of captivating and maintaining the focus of young children in groups.
- Capacity to maintain high expectations for yourself and students, and motivate children to reach their objectives.
- Growth‑oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
