Compensation

$65,000 - $75,000 a year based on experience and education

This position will require 85- 100% travel across all of our centers. Must be based in Detroit, Chicago or Dallas.

• Manage all licensing requirements in each state diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and school files.
• Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, fostering trust and engagement.
• Conduct tours and engage with families warmly.
• Clear a background check.
• Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in ECE, Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, or Education related field (Required)
• Both small and large center experience preferred
• 3+ years previous Center Director Experience
• Strong verbal and written communication required
