Traditional schools often teach at students rather than alongside them, limiting their potential.
Alpha Schools is redefining education by replacing conventional lectures and textbooks with AI-driven adaptive learning paired with peer-level mentorship. Students advance at their individual pace. Your role is to guide them in uncovering their unique strengths, not to deliver predetermined lessons.
This position is designed for high achievers who are determined to redirect that energy toward transforming a failing system. You will not spend time grading assignments or adhering to rigid curricula. Instead, you will facilitate workshops, spark curiosity, and demonstrate that education becomes boundless when students take ownership of their learning.
