Traditional schools force high-potential students into one-size-fits-all classrooms designed around average expectations.
Alpha takes a different approach: we enable student-driven education that accelerates at the rate of each learner's ability, not the constraints of standardized curriculum.
This role doesn't involve managing large classrooms or adhering to district-mandated lesson plans. Instead, you'll mentor small cohorts of self-motivated students eager to accelerate their learning, explore subjects more deeply, and take ownership of their academic journey.
If your success has come through non-traditional channels (such as competitive achievement, athletic excellence, entrepreneurial ventures, or creative disciplines) and you understand how to convert ambition into measurable outcomes, you can leverage that experience to unlock student potential.
Teaching certification is not necessary. Exceptional performance is.
Mentor excellence. Shape futures. Submit your application today.
