Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to enhance user training and engagement for their AI-powered clinical insights platform.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop a library of customer-facing training content, including e-learning modules and interactive learning materials Apply instructional design best practices to create effective learning experiences that drive product adoption Collaborate with various teams to gather content and ensure training aligns with real-world workflows

Required Qualifications Experience in instructional design, learning & development, or a related field, preferably within SaaS Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, content management systems, and learning management systems (LMS) Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory Experience creating various learning materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, and video tutorials Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
