REGIONAL DIRECTOR – ADMISSIONS & MARKET DEVELOPMENT AMERICAS

LCI Education seeks a leader to structure and develop its Study Abroad markets across the Americas. In this role, you will build and manage institutional partnerships with U.S. universities and colleges to strengthen the visibility and credibility of our Academic Programs, working closely with LCI campuses in Montreal, Barcelona, Melbourne and Bogotá. The position requires frequent travel and a deep understanding of the U.S. higher education system.
YOURMISSION
- Lead the development of academic and institutional partnerships with American universities and colleges.
- Structure, develop and manage a national portfolio of university partners across the U.S. market.
- Negotiate, formalize and develop academic partnership agreements, including pedagogical articulations, financial terms and program customization.
- Design and deploy tailor‑made programs, including faculty‑led initiatives, in response to partner needs.
- Ensure the quality, sustainability and evolution of existing partnerships by identifying opportunities for development, expansion and upselling.
- Collaborate closely with LCI Education’s international campus teams to ensure a consistent student experience aligned with academic standards.
- Represent the group at conferences, forums and major events in the Study Abroad sector.
- Work with marketing teams to develop, adapt and localize recruitment and awareness campaigns for French‑speaking European audiences.
- Analyze market trends, competitive environment and partnership performance.
- Produce regular strategic analyses for management, focusing on partnership pipelines, student mobility dynamics and growth opportunities.
- At least seven years of experience in the education sector, particularly in academic partnership development or market development in the Study Abroad arena.
- A thorough understanding of the U.S. higher education system, including credit recognition mechanisms, Title IV institutions and international mobility ecosystems.
- An established network and recognized credibility with U.S. universities’ Study Abroad, international relations or academic partnership offices.
- Demonstrated experience in exchanges and negotiations with academic leaders (provosts, deans, program directors).
- Ability to structure sustainable institutional relationships based on trust and academic value creation.
- Experience with a Study Abroad program provider or an international mobility university office.
- Knowledge of the Forum on Education Abroad’s standards and best practices.
- A structured and analytical approach, supported by mastery of CRM tools and management indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is an asset).
- Excellent command of English (oral and written).
- Professional command of Spanish (oral and written).
- Permanent full‑time position.
