A Learning Disability (LD) is a disorder that affects people's ability to interpret what they see and hear or to link information from different parts of the brain. These limitations can show up in many ways: as specific difficulties with spoken and written language, coordination, self-control, or attention.
Classroom settings- Combo of self-contained and Resource. Not all students need one or the other; each student usually has 1-2 subjects they struggle with and need self-contained, but don’t need it all day.
- Resource is co-taught with bigger classes.
- Self-contained: students are pulled out and working independently or with really small groups.
- Start/End date: ASAP - EOY
- Start/End time: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
