• Facilitating Workshops:
  Create and deliver workshops that prompt students to think, "I never imagined I could accomplish that!" Topics range from public speaking to entrepreneurship, delivering practical skills that motivate.
• Conducting daily Motivation Sessions:
  Begin each day by helping students establish ambitious goals and develop the mindset to achieve them.
• Supporting student achievement:
  Apply proven frameworks to ensure each student reaches challenging academic and personal objectives.
• Developing personalized motivational approaches:
  Collaborate with students to create rewards and incentives that foster intrinsic excellence.

• Conventional instruction:
  Move beyond chalkboards and traditional lectures. You’ll mentor, inspire, and enhance the student experience using advanced applications to master core content.
• Enforcing discipline:
  We reject punishment-based approaches. Instead, you’ll employ reasoning and positive reinforcement to establish a respectful, stimulating environment.

• Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation assistance is available.
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• Experience employing a growth mindset to achieve a high level of performance.
• High level of energy and a desire to boost others up.
• A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
