Position Objective:
- Assist classroom teachers in determining the needs and providing for the development of children birth through five.
- Work to create a safe environment for children.
- Implement and maintain all components regarding children birth through three, based on EHS, State Pre‑K, Child Care and state and local requirements.
- Strong alignment with Christopher House’s Values and Mission.
- Strong work ethic coupled with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
- Passion for working with children.
- Bi‑lingual skills in English/Spanish is desirable.
Must be willing to take a minimum of 6 credit hours in early childhood or child development. Christopher House will cover the cost for these courses.
Education- High School Diploma or GED Degree
