Pay Range: $40-80 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Instructor with expertise in blood banking to contribute to academic instruction, clinical teaching (if applicable), and service within the institution. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in education and community engagement.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certification or licensure as required by the discipline.
• Eligibility for state licensure if applicable.
• Demonstrated potential in teaching and/or research.
• Relevant experience with target populations or subject matter.

• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish).
• Prior experience in clinical supervision or academic instruction.

This position may involve direct supervision of educational activities and requires a high level of professionalism, collaboration, and commitment to the institution’s educational model.

• Serve as a clinical supervisor or academic instructor as required.
• Teach and co-teach courses in the assigned curriculum.
• Provide academic or clinical services as applicable.
• Participate in faculty meetings, departmental committees, and institutional service activities.
• Advise and mentor students in academic and/or clinical settings.
• Collaborate with program directors and education managers to support student learning and operations.
• Maintain and develop instructional or clinical materials and resources.
• Promote community outreach and student engagement aligned with institutional goals.
• Contribute to the growth and specialization of educational programs.
