Overview

The Student Success Coach fosters the development of students’ skills, behaviors, and habits that contribute to success in college and beyond. The coach works with students to identify and overcome obstacles to learning, promote academic self-efficacy, and connect them with appropriate resources across the University. This position plays a key role in supporting all new students, with a primary focus on first-year students, and contributes directly to Roosevelt University’s retention and student success goals.
The Student Success Coach reports to the Director of Graduate Advising and Student Success Coaching.
Please note that this position requires 4 days in-person at the Chicago location with one day remote. Typical hours are Mon
- Fri 9-5 PM CT with occasional nights or weekends as needed to support university events.
The salary for this position is $50,500.
