Office Technology Instructor (full-time, tenure-track faculty)

This is a full-time tenure track faculty position. Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Support the goals and mission of the college; provide quality instruction to students; and communicate with your department chair or administrator. Teach office technology courses including keyboarding, document formatting, office language skills, and Microsoft Applications. Duties include various faculty responsibilities; it is preferred that the role will serve as program coordinator.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer or related field required.
• Microsoft Office Specialist Certification (in any application) required.
• Minimum of one year (2000 hours) of professional experience using office technology required.
• Post-secondary teaching experience.

In addition to the above education and experience, the ideal candidate will maintain the highest standards for classroom instruction; faculty member applies innovative teaching pedagogies and demonstrates ability to work with students at all skill levels. Teaching duties will consist of preparing, instructing, and evaluating courses; seeking continuous improvement in teaching methodology and student-centered learning.

$58,623-$71,670 (Baseload is 15 ECH)
